How much do you know about water? Well 10 years ago I was the same as you, I didn't know much. I thought water was just water. Now I know different. Please read below.

You know that your body is about 70 percent water. You know that we should drink eight glasses a day or more. And that humans can go for weeks without food, but only three to four days without water. When I was sat down and had this explained to me, it made sense.
